EXPLORING FEMALE LEADERSHIP THROUGH THE LENS OF ARCHETYPES.

Date to be announced

In this workshop, we will explore the concept of female leadership through the lens of five key feminine archetypes - the maiden, mother, warrioress, wild-women, queen, and crone. We will examine the strengths and shadow aspects associated with each archetype, and explore how women can use these archetypes to understand conscious and unconscious perceptions about their leadership styles.

By exploring the concept of female leadership through the lens of feminine archetypes, we gain a clearer understanding of how our leadership styles are deeply interwoven with our cultural narratives and expectations.

During this two-day workshop we begin to unpack and understand how the world of story and myth can enliven us, and when it can entangle and snare us.  If we are able to integrate the gifts and wisdom of an archetype with conscious awareness, we can begin to move away from stylised leadership patterns and gender dynamics towards a more authentic, people-centred approach.
